Six forecasters (BOT, NESDC, IMF, Ministry of Finance, World Bank, ADB) put Thai growth for 2026 between 2.0% and 2.3%. The BOT's 2.3% is the highest, and none reach the 2.7% potential the BOT cites. For a small business this points to a sluggish domestic demand year: plan sales conservatively, avoid over-hiring or big capacity expansion on optimistic growth assumptions, and watch cash flow closely.
