Covers NPL debtors; registration runs to 14 Dec 2569 (2026). Credit card, cash card and unsecured personal loans 121+ days overdue can use the "คลินิกแก้หนี้ by SAM" route at 3-5% interest for up to 10 years; debts combined up to 2 million baht, applicants aged 70 or under.
