The Electric Vehicle Association of Thailand will propose to the National EV Policy Committee that faulty individual battery cells be replaced instead of whole packs. A full pack replacement can exceed 100,000 baht; EVAT estimates repair at 30,000-50,000 baht per incident. This is only a proposal with no approved policy yet. If you run EV service, fleet, or insurance-related work, watch for it, but there is nothing to change today.
