The State Railway of Thailand filed suit on 21 October (2026) in the Central Administrative Court against Asia Era One, two guarantor banks (Bangkok Bank and SCB, 1 billion baht each) and five guarantors of the Three-Airport high-speed rail project. It seeks 13.34 billion baht, the unpaid rights fee of 10.67 billion baht plus default interest, which was due in October 2021. The Airport Rail Link keeps running as normal.
