Flood victims in Bangkok can apply through two systems: the "ทางรัฐ" app for initial relief (flood under 7 days with asset damage, flood over 7 days, or water-surrounded homes), and the BMA/Finance Ministry system for actual-damage claims. The two systems are not linked, so file in both, or ask your district office, which can process both. Filing window is 90 days from the disaster-zone declaration, about 2.5 months left. Keep photos of damage, water-level marks, repair receipts and proof of ownership or residence. Landlords get no home-repair payment for rented-out property; tenants can claim temporary rent (3,000 baht/month, up to 2 months) and livelihood or tool costs. Payment timing is not fixed.
