Customs reports FY2569 (1 Oct 2025 to 21 Sep 2026) revenue of 631,411 million baht, up 9.9%, with customs-only revenue at 112,528 million baht, still short of its 116,300 million target. Since 1 Jan 2026, the tax on low-value imports (1 baht and up) has raised about 8,014 million baht, with duty and VAT. The agency expects to miss target and sees the FY2570 target unchanged. For a Thai SME importing or selling low-value goods online, expect continued enforcement and check that landed costs include this duty and VAT.
