The National Water Resources Office (สทนช.) warns of flood water from upstream combining with high tides from 29 Sep to 4 Oct. Riverside areas of the Bangpakong, Chao Phraya, Tha Chin and Mae Klong, plus roads such as Sukhumvit, Suksawat and Rama 2, may be affected. Chanthaburi and Bangpakong are at risk of overflowing banks, and Khun Dan Prakan Chon dam is releasing 15 million cubic metres a day.
