Identity is verified through ThaID or personal details. For property damage, prepare your ID card, proof of ownership of the home, house registration if available, damage photos, and bank details if PromptPay cannot be used. Extra claims for actual damage need repair quotes or receipts. Claims for death or permanent total disability from a disaster accident must be notified immediately and evidence submitted within 30 days, unless there is a justified reason for delay. Payment is based on actual loss, within the policy limits.
