Oil contamination was found in drainage near Charoen Rama 3 / Fuel Road. Bangchak's subsidiary BFPL stopped pipeline fuel flow from 8 September. A 28 barg, one-hour pressure test showed no leaks, but more checks (UT, radar, intelligent pig next week) must finish before the Department of Energy Business approves restart. For businesses in Khlong Toei and along the Rama 3 corridor, expect possible delays in fuel deliveries; if you buy or ship fuel by road or rail, ask your supplier about backup transport. No cost or rule change for most SMEs yet.
