Baggage held at Suvarnabhumi since 26 September is mostly now at Phuket airport, and Thai Airways will handle redelivery, contacting passengers first. Passengers collecting in person can call Thai Airways baggage tracing at 076-351217 at the Phuket international arrivals hall. For a Phuket business, this matters only if you or your staff or customers are waiting on bags; otherwise it is background. Check with customers who fly in and out of Phuket if they mention lost luggage.
