Two vocational colleges near Siam and Pathumwan are closed to on-site classes for three months, with possible extension, after repeated student brawls, including a stabbing at Siam BTS on Monday. Police presence in the area will be increased. If you run a shop or service business near Siam–Pathumwan, expect fewer students on campus and possibly more police and foot traffic disruption in the short term, and plan staffing or promotions accordingly.
