Deputy PM Yodchanan Wongsawat visited flood-hit Fai Kaeo subdistrict, Phu Phiang, Nan on 20 Aug 2026. Priorities: emergency drinking water now, replacement pumps and vocational students to repair damaged ones, and a later budget request to the Comptroller General's Department for new pumps. If your business or supplier operates in Nan, expect disrupted water, power and road access, and plan deliveries and stock around the Nan River bridge closure.
