As of 30 Sep 2026, the Ministry of Industry counts 1,315 affected businesses in 40 provinces (1,179 SMEs, 77 factories), with damage of at least 22.79m baht, though the count is not final. Flood-hit SMEs can seek 12-month debt deferral and up to 200,000 baht emergency funds from SME D Bank, and up to 1m baht in new loans (0% interest for the first 6 months) from the Department of Industrial Promotion's revolving fund. The Ministry's hotline is 1564. Report machinery, logistics and supply-chain losses too, not just cash losses, since the ministry says data on these is incomplete. Suppliers and raw-material farms may also be affected.
