Apple, Google, Microsoft, Mozilla and Canonical have removed eMudhra's certificates from their trust stores after its intermediate CA private key was reportedly compromised. Websites using eMudhra-issued certificates may stop loading in these browsers. Check whether your website, e-invoice, e-signature or vendor portal uses an eMudhra certificate (mainly relevant if you deal with Indian partners or software), and ask your web host or IT provider to confirm. Chrome says no fake certificates were found in Certificate Transparency logs so far; the cause is not yet known.
