The National Housing Authority (กคช.) has approved flood relief for 66 projects affecting 6,927 households. Minor-to-moderate damage (44 projects): rent-free for small tenants and 2-month instalment deferral for hire-purchase contracts, covering Oct–Nov 2026. Severe damage (22 projects): 4 months, Oct 2026–Jan 2027. Late fees waived 100% for arrears from 1 Oct–31 Dec 2026. Water, electricity, tax, common-area and community fees are NOT covered. Multi-lease tenants and space-concession tenants are still under review. If you rent from or buy a unit in a Housing Authority project, check which category applies and keep paying utilities and fees.
