The Thai Meteorological Department warns of heavy rain in parts of the North, Northeast and East over the next 24 hours, with flash floods and mountain runoff possible near streams and low-lying areas. Upper Andaman waves are 2-3 m, so small boats should stay ashore. Plan deliveries and stock movement around flooded routes, and move outdoor goods or equipment off low ground. Tropical storm Sodel is expected to weaken and will not enter Thailand.
