The Thai Meteorological Department says heavy rain may fall in parts of the North, Northeast, Central and East over the next 24 hours, with flash floods and mudslides possible near slopes and low-lying areas. Bangkok and surrounding areas have thunderstorms over about 60% of the area. Sea waves are 2-3 m in the Andaman and Gulf, so small boats should stay in port. Plan deliveries, outdoor work and stock movement around the wet spells, and check on any goods stored near flood-prone spots.
