About 200 Lalamove riders gathered at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (DE) on 21 Aug, and 15 representatives filed a complaint over the platform's cut to per-trip rates and working conditions they call unfair. ETDA and a deputy permanent secretary received the complaint and held talks. It follows a strike and car-mob protest on 18 Aug. For a business that uses delivery platforms or hires drivers, this signals rising regulatory pressure on platform pay and conditions, but no rule change is announced yet.
