BJC, the Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi group's retail arm, has completed the sale of 20 of 33 non-core properties (about 11.7 billion baht in total listed value) since it put them up for sale early in 2026. Two plots went to related parties, and 17 land-and-building lots went to 1 outside buyer and 16 related parties. Several provincial Big C stores that sat on these sites have closed since July 2026.
