The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and the Ministry of Industry are working to get a loan package worth tens of billions of baht for flood-hit SMEs, covering working capital, machinery repair and payroll. The amount and terms are still subject to agency approval, so nothing is available yet. About 2,000 operators in 14 provinces, mainly central and eastern, have been hit.
