The Meteorological Department warned of heavy to very heavy rain across upper Thailand through tomorrow, with flash-flood risk in the foothills, near waterways and in low-lying areas. Authorities say 22 medium and small reservoirs are over capacity and are releasing water. If your shop, warehouse or stock sits in a low-lying or flood-prone spot, move stock up and check pumps and drainage now. Plan for delivery delays on flooded routes. Small boats should stay ashore in the Andaman Sea, where waves are 2-3 metres.
