The Department of Highways and DMT have waived motorway tolls from 14:30 on 26 Sept 2026 (M7 and M9 from 13:00) until midnight on 27 Sept, to ease flood traffic, especially on Vibhavadi Rangsit. DMT warns small cars to avoid the Chaeng Watthana (inbound), Lak Si/Lak Si exit (outbound) and Lat Phrao (outbound) toll gates because flood levels there remain high. If your deliveries or staff commute go through north Bangkok, plan routes and timing around these dates and check flood points before dispatching.
