Bangkok's governor presented the draft FY2027 budget (up to 93,918 million baht). About 6,044 million baht goes to BTS Green Line payments, and 6,661 million baht is earmarked for small-road and local infrastructure in all 50 districts. The governor says property-transfer fee cuts will cost about 5,000 million baht in lost revenue, and the city is asking the government for compensation. Local contractors and suppliers may find district-level work coming through, but the budget is still a draft under council review.
