Operators (hotels and tourism-linked shops, restaurants, cafes, spas, taxis, souvenir shops) can start registering from 1 October 2026; people register via the Paotang app from 25 October and can travel from 1 November. Accommodation subsidy is up to 1,500 baht per night, max 5 nights. Vouchers are 50:50 co-pay, 1,500 baht base, rising to 2,000 baht in secondary cities. Hotels must declare room rates at registration and face blacklisting for price hikes. Blackout 15 Dec 2026 to 15 Jan 2027.
