Bangkok Bank cards cannot be used for ATM cash withdrawals, online payments or card terminal (EDC) payments, and PromptPay transfers to Bangkok Bank accounts and deposits from other banks are blocked. If you bank or take cards with Bangkok Bank, collect cash and schedule supplier payments before the window, and tell staff not to accept Bangkok Bank cards during it.
