An electrical fault at Asok station on Monday morning (about 9:45am) delayed Sukhumvit Line trains between Phloen Chit and Bang Chak, and passengers were left waiting on platforms. BTS gave no public explanation at the time. If your staff or customers commute on this line, allow extra travel time on disruption days. Sunday's fire on the MRT Blue Line was a separate incident, and normal service had resumed by Monday morning.
