The Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) has waived tolls on eight expressways from 13:00 on 26 Sept until midnight on Sunday 27 Sept 2026, due to heavy rain and flooding. Affected drivers and delivery vehicles can use these routes at no toll. EXAT and BEM will post which on/off ramps are flooded or closed, so check before dispatching. Plan delivery routes and staff commutes around closures and allow for heavy traffic.
