Heavy rain has flooded Kanchanaburi, with more than 400 households evacuated and power and phone services down for over 15 hours in places. Highway 323 between Thong Pha Phum and Sangkhla Buri is damaged, and large trucks cannot enter, so plan deliveries and stock for Sangkhla Buri and Thong Pha Phum. Schools there suspended classes for two days. Downstream communities in Ratchaburi and Samut Songkhram were told to monitor water levels and move belongings to higher ground, as the Mae Klong Dam released water through all eight sluice gates.
