Government Savings Bank, Krungthai and SCB have temporarily closed dozens of branches in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan on 26 Sep 2026 because of flooding. Savings Bank says it will keep announcing more closures for other areas. If your business banks at a listed branch, plan cash deposits, cheque clearing and bill payments through another branch, app or ATM, and check each bank's branch notice before visiting. Branches in flood zones may stay closed beyond one day.
