Microsoft is removing the COPILOT() formula from Excel. It launched in August 2025 as a preview and will stop working permanently on 14 September 2026. Microsoft says the same tasks can be done with the Copilot button or the Excel sidebar. If your team has spreadsheets that call COPILOT(), move them to the sidebar or another method before that date. Otherwise, no action is needed.
