The SEC has filed criminal complaints against six people and companies linked to the Holdstation and UNO crypto apps for brokering digital-asset trades without a licence. The Ministry of Digital Economy and Society will block public access to both platforms from 1 October 2569 (2026). If your business, staff or customers hold digital assets on these apps, withdraw them before the deadline to a personal wallet or a licensed Thai operator.
