A fire on 28 August 2026 damaged the Khlong Tom Center building on Worachak Road, Bangkok, including shops, stock, CCTV and cars. The Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) says the building had property-risk insurance with Thaewes Insurance and is asking the insurer to survey damage and pay claims quickly.
