Organisers say the expo will go annual from now on, since smaller and mid-sized developers have dropped out. Household debt and tight lending still hold back buyers, and H1 transfers rose 17.6% (REIC). If you sell into property, supply or fit-out, expect buyers to push for bundled deals and to compare sharply on price and financing terms. Developers and buyers may pull purchases forward ahead of the expected cost rise.
