Deputy PM Ekniti ordered proactive flood management in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. The province has declared 5 districts, 64 subdistricts and 301 villages as disaster zones. Chao Phraya is discharging 1,900 cubic metres per second from the dam, and water is being diverted to both banks and into flood-retention areas. The Industry Ministry says industrial estates in the province have raised dikes and are monitoring water levels.
