The Highways Department says the 121-rai Rest Village on the M7 motorway at Sri Racha, which opened partly in April, will be fully open in June 2570 (2027), with about 1,000 parking spaces, 300+ toilets, 60+ EV charging bays and fuel stations on both sides. Construction is slightly behind plan. If your business sells food, drinks, fuel or services to motorway travellers between Bangkok, Chonburi and Pattaya, plan for new competition and possible leasing or supply opportunities from mid-2027.
