Lazada changed marketplace fees from 1 Aug 2026: general consumer goods 15%, LazMall general goods 12-17.5%, digital vouchers up to 14.5% on LazMall, and premium package 8%. Recheck your margins and product pricing on both platforms now, since fees rose again after increases in April and June (Shopee) and May (Lazada). Shopee's small-seller fee discounts and Ads credits may offset part of the increase; check whether you qualify.
