Floodwaters in Nan province are receding, but the Water Resources Agency warns of a new rain wave on 23-24 August in nine upper-basin districts (including Pua, Tha Wang Pha, Santi Suk, Mae Charim), with another rise expected 29 August to 1 September in the northern and northeastern uplands. Early Warning alerts issued 18-21 August totalled 110.
