The Meteorological Department has warned of heavy to very heavy rain from 23-27 September 2026 across the central region, Bangkok and vicinity, Ayutthaya and Samut Prakan. IEAT has ordered all industrial estates in risk zones to raise flood alerts. Bang Pu is running pumps at 100,000 m3/hour and has finished a 5.65 km flood wall; Nakhon Luang, Bang Pa-In and Ban Wa estates have dikes at 8.20, 6.00 and 5.40 m MSL. Estates in Prachinburi and Chachoengsao say their sites sit higher and expect no impact. If your business sits inside or near an industrial estate, or depends on one for supply, check with your estate now. Move stock and equipment off low floors and confirm your access and transport routes.
