On 20 Sep 2026 a short circuit on the overhead power lines at Tao Poon station set fire to the MRT track. The Blue Line is closed between Bang O and Kamphaeng Phet, with delays of up to 60 minutes. Passengers were told to use nearby stations. If your staff or customers commute on this line, plan for late arrivals and allow extra travel time while service is restored. The cause is still preliminary and under investigation.
